About Us

We are Mabel and Michal.

We met in ’22 and have since been travelling around the UK and Europe to learn, play and connect with acro communities all over.

Bringing our varied movement and theatrical backgrounds together into a determined cross-country partnership, we spread the joy and creativity of acro through organising community events, jams, conventions, and expert masterclasses. We also teach regularly in Bristol and beyond!

We love anything and everything f2h, tricks on head, all sorts of pitching, dynamics, and coming up with our own goofy moves that inspire a smile. We particularly enjoy connecting exciting tricks into flowing sequences.

Our intention to bring people together and create opportunities for playful progress. Come join in!

We create opportunities for people to come together, create, train, and play acro. We organise community events, jams, conventions, expert workshops, classes and more.

Thanks to our roots in both the North and the South of the UK, we are able to run acro events that serve the whole of the UK – and even bring our European friends over!
